Content Standards

1. Welcome Content

The following types of content are explicitly welcome and protected on Praylum:

2. Christian Business Standards

Business and coaching content on Praylum must meet the following standards:

Truthful Claims. All claims about results, income, business outcomes, or coaching effectiveness must be accurate and substantiated. You may share genuine testimonials and case studies, but they must be real, verifiable, and appropriately contextualized as individual results that may not be typical.

Earnings Representations. Any income or revenue figures you cite in your content must be true and must not be presented in a way designed to deceive viewers into unrealistic expectations. You must include appropriate disclaimers when sharing income examples. See our Earnings Disclaimer in the Terms of Service.

Transparent Offers. Pricing, terms, and deliverables for any coaching program, course, or product you sell must be clearly disclosed. Hidden fees, misleading pricing structures, or bait-and-switch tactics are prohibited.

Qualified Guidance. If your content addresses areas requiring professional licensure (law, medicine, licensed therapy, securities advising), you must clearly disclose that your content is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

3. Faith & Spiritual Content Standards

Praylum is built on faith-driven values and fully supports faith-based expression. We also maintain the following standards to protect the integrity of the platform and its community:

No Harmful Doctrines. Content that promotes doctrines or spiritual practices designed to control, manipulate, financially exploit, or psychologically harm followers is prohibited. This includes coercive shepherding, high-control group dynamics, or spiritually abusive teachings.

Authentic Representation. Creators must represent their spiritual credentials, training, and background truthfully. Claiming credentials, ordination, or prophetic authority you do not have constitutes deception and violates these standards.

Theological Diversity. Praylum hosts creators across a range of Christian theological traditions. Content that respectfully presents a particular tradition's beliefs is welcome. Content that constitutes targeted attacks against other Christian traditions or denominations is discouraged; persistent attacks may be subject to review.

Non-Christian Content. Praylum is specifically designed as a platform for Christian Christian coaches and entrepreneurs. Content rooted in other religious traditions is outside the scope of the Platform's purpose.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Praylum under all circumstances:

Absolute Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance)

• Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM). We are required by law to report such content to NCMEC and the appropriate authorities.
• Content that facilitates, promotes, or glorifies violence against real individuals or groups
• Doxxing — publishing private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, family details) of individuals without consent
• Content designed to facilitate actual (not fictional) crimes including human trafficking, child exploitation, or fraud
• Terrorism propaganda, extremist recruitment, or content that incites imminent unlawful violence

Prohibited — Results in Removal & Suspension

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind
• Graphic violence not necessary for legitimate educational or journalistic context
• Harassment, targeted bullying, or sustained campaigns against any individual or group
• Content that promotes suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders without appropriate resources or context
• Fraudulent or deceptive schemes (Ponzi schemes, pyramid structures, deceptive investment offers)
• Fake testimonials, fabricated results, or deliberately misleading income claims
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted music, video, or other content
• Spam — repetitive, irrelevant, or mass-distributed content designed to game discovery
• Content that promotes or glorifies illegal drug use or the illegal sale of controlled substances
• Hate speech — content that dehumanizes people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation

5. Health & Wellness Content

Educational Framing. Health, nutrition, mental wellness, and fitness content is welcome when presented as education, inspiration, or personal experience. Such content must not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition unless the creator is a licensed healthcare provider presenting within their scope of practice.

Mental Health. Content addressing mental health, trauma, or emotional healing must be handled with care. Creators discussing these topics must encourage viewers to seek qualified professional support when appropriate. Content that discourages professional mental health treatment or promotes unproven treatments as substitutes for clinical care is not permitted.

Prayer & Healing. Content involving prayer for healing, deliverance, or supernatural restoration is welcome as a faith expression. Creators may not make medically unsubstantiated guarantees or claim that prayer is a replacement for medical treatment in ways that could endanger viewers.

6. Financial Content Standards

Educational Disclaimer. Any content addressing investment strategies, specific securities, cryptocurrency, real estate, or other financial instruments must include a disclosure that the content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute licensed financial advice.

No Unlicensed Securities Advice. Creators who are not registered investment advisors may not provide specific investment recommendations or manage investment decisions for viewers through the Platform.

Affiliate & Sponsor Disclosure. If your content includes affiliate links, sponsored content, or endorsements for financial products, you must clearly disclose this relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines. Failure to disclose material financial relationships is a violation of these standards.

Realistic Projections. Financial projections, forecasts, or promises of returns on any investment, business model, or coaching program must be grounded in reality and must not be presented in a way designed to induce purchases based on unrealistic expectations.

7. Community Conduct

These standards apply to all community interactions on Praylum — including the community feed, comments, accountability pods, live chat, and coaching sessions.

Respect. Every member and creator deserves to be treated with dignity. Disagreement is acceptable; personal attacks, insults, and dehumanization are not.

Accountability Pod Conduct. Pods are designed for mutual support, accountability, and growth. Using pods to pitch products, recruit for external programs, or harass pod members is prohibited. Pod leaders are responsible for maintaining a healthy pod environment consistent with these standards.

Live Session Conduct. Live chat must comply with the same standards as all other Platform content. Creators are responsible for moderating their live sessions and must address harmful content in chat promptly. Praylum may intervene in live sessions that violate these standards.

No Poaching. Directly soliciting another creator's audience to join a competing platform, program, or service through Praylum's community features is prohibited.

8. Quality Standards

While Praylum does not require professional production quality, content must meet the following minimum standards:

• Video content must be watchable — intentionally degraded quality designed to obscure content is not acceptable
• Titles, descriptions, and tags must accurately represent the content of the video
• Thumbnails must not be deliberately misleading or sensationalized in a way that misrepresents content
• Content must be in a language that can be reasonably moderated; Praylum currently supports English-language content primarily
• Duplicate content uploaded repeatedly to game discovery or circumvent previous removals is prohibited

9. Enforcement

Review Process. When content is reported or flagged by our team, we review it against these Content Standards. We aim to review reports within 2 business days for standard violations and immediately for zero-tolerance violations.

Actions We May Take. Depending on the severity of a violation, Praylum may: issue a warning, remove specific content, restrict account features, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently terminate an account.

Repeat Violations. Repeated violations, even of lower-severity standards, will result in escalating consequences up to and including permanent account termination.

No Refunds for Violations. Account suspensions or terminations resulting from Content Standards violations do not entitle the account holder to a refund of any fees paid. See our Refund Policy.

Appeals. For non-zero-tolerance violations, creators may appeal content removal decisions by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of the removal. Include your account username, the specific content removed, and your reason for appeal. We will respond within 5 business days. Zero-tolerance violations are not subject to appeal.

Praylum's Discretion. Praylum reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that we believe, in our sole and reasonable discretion, is harmful to the Platform, its community, or its mission — even if that content does not fit neatly into the categories above.

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that you believe violates these Content Standards, please report it:

False or bad-faith reports intended to harass creators are themselves a violation of these standards and may result in account action.
