Alright. The first live, and we are live. So I'm excited today for those that are watching the live right now or those that'll watch the replay, the rebroadcast. It's been an interesting day for me. I've just been so much juggling a lot of things. But I'm I'm excited today because this has been such a long time in the making to actually be doing this on my own platform. You know, I usually have I hope you guys can. I usually have lives like this on YouTube. Right? But I decided that, you know, I wanted to build a platform that I can run my coaching business through, and I can have all the tools that I need and and kinda build everything from there. So I'm really excited that I can be able to, you know, get this going. And I'm excited today because it's been several months of building this. You know, I've been working there for several months. I've done I spent two years just doing research. So I know that you're in today for something that is really going to, give you clarity. It is going to give you hope. It is going to help to to motivate you to stop, you know, holding on to what God has already given you. You know? So all of us have a message. I I really believe that when God was designing you, right, God already put everything inside of you that is needed to accomplish all that you would ever be in life. You don't have to go somewhere else to search for anything. And by the way, if you're watching this live or the replay, do me one favor before I dive into the into what I'm gonna share with you here. I want you to share this link with someone. If you know anyone that has a message, you know, anyone that believes that they want to to to do more in life, you just don't wanna exist. We have so many people today that are just existing, but I know that you are not one of those people. I know that you are actually have a plan that you want to accomplish, you know, something great, something awesome, and something amazing. So I'm really excited, you know, to kind of partake in that journey there with you. So make sure that you're sharing this link, and I'm gonna be going live nightly to kinda help you guys along this path. You know, I'm really passionate about coaching and teaching and sharing the things that I've learned on this journey, and I hope that you're able to, you know, kinda go on your own journey because you're on a journey whether you like it or not. You are on a journey that you don't know where it's going to take you. So the part of sharing for prelim is I wanted to create an outlet that I can share my journey. I can help you with your journey, and I can be able to help guide you through some of the the things that you're you're going through, the decisions that you have to make, the process that you have to go through, and that's what it's all about. It's all about the journey. It's all about the journey. So I wanna go over about six or seven different things in this live that is going to help bring clarity. And one of the things is that the calling that's been sitting in your drafts so when you wanna send someone an email, right, you draft it up. And most of the times, people forget to send some emails. Like, I don't know if this ever happened to you, but I've had this happen to me that I wanna send someone a text message. Right? I draft the text message up, get everything ready, but then I forget to hit send. And there are times when it's been several days later, right, or it's been a long time later that I go back to them, like, oh my goodness. I meant to send this. That's how most of you have been. You have this draft. You have this idea. You have years of transformation experience. I mean, you've been through so much. You've experienced so much both good, both bad. You've seen the ups, the downs, the middle, and in between like a roller coaster, but you have published zero content. When is the last time that you shared your journey with someone else? When is the last time that you shared your experiences? Listen. Whether they are good, whether they are bad, whatever it is, But you have all this experience, but you haven't taken that step too. And I'm gonna give you the blockers. There's certain things that are blocking you from sharing this. And once you see what those blockers are, you're gonna be able to transition from just having your message in draft mode, from having your plans in draft mode, from having your agenda in draft mode, and to actually, you know, move forward and to accomplish all that you were created to accomplish. There are certain groups of people that are waiting to hear from you. Listen. I believe that you were designed and given a message that is going to reach a certain demographics. All of us are. But once you understand what that demographic is, you don't have to get it right the first time. When you understand what that demographic is, you can be able to move forward. You can be able to move forward and connect with the demographic. So most of the times, we ignore that message. We don't think it's important. Why? Because sometimes we're waiting for the perfect time. The perfect time would never arrive. You know, even as I launched my first live right now, right, on this platform, like, I've been doing months of, you know, behind the scene testing, behind the scene with the launch, making sure everything is right. But then again, it's like, it's not perfect. But I'm like, you know what? I'm not gonna wait for everything to be perfect. I am going to do it right now. I'm not gonna wait for it. I'm gonna do it what? Right now. So most of us, we wait for the perfect time. We wait for the perfect opportunity. We wait for the perfect scenarios. We we just want everything to just line up. And the truth of the matter is everything in your life will never always line up. There are times when you just have to you have 60% of the direction that you wanna go into 60, and you have to be able to make a sound decision based off of 60%. Sometimes you have less than that. So stop waiting for the perfect timing to to move forward. There's a divine time. You know, the bible talks about in Ecclesiastes three, it said there's a time and a season for everything. Do you know what time and season it is for you right now? Because that is going to help to give you clarity and the direction for the next phase of your life. Most people today, they don't know the phase that they're in in life. Your life happens in patterns. And the moment that I realized that my life happened in patterns, my focus changed. Because my focus changed, I realized that I don't have to wait for the perfect time and for everything to happen in my life. I don't have to wait for everything to get aligned once I understand the patterns that are happening. Right? There are seasons in your life that making money is it sound like it's just effortless. It's so easy. Other seasons, it's not as easy. There's seasons when in your life, it's like everybody's just leaving you. Relationships are falling apart, and there are seasons where you've it sound like you're connecting with the right people. You're meeting the right people. Your network is growing. So you have to understand that you will never have the perfect timing in life because life happens in seasons. Life happens in patterns. The most successful people in life are the people that can create patterns. When you understand that you can create patterns, you begin to shift your life in the direction that you want it to go. Look. Your destiny is in your hands. God has already given you everything that you're ever going to need. So everything you need to to maximize your potential is not outside of you. It's not in another country. It's not in another state. It's not in your next relationship. It already lives inside of you, but you have to be able to understand what that means, and you have to be able to get around the right people. This is so key. If you want to get your message across to the people that you've been designed to get across to, you gotta get around the right people. If you get around people that that'll motivate you, that'll inspire you, look, you're going to be drained. You will be drained by the wrong relationships in your life. And that's why I always tell people the people that you get around, they matter significantly because you wanna make sure that you're learning, you're growing. If you're getting around people that all they see are things that are wrong with you, all they do is complain about, all the things that's not right, all they do is just negative energy, then you're not gonna grow. You're learning something about energy. Energy never dies. It just changes state. So the energy that you put out is going to stay in the atmosphere forever. It never dies. So what does that mean? If you're always getting around people that complain, for example, if you hang around people like that long enough, you're gonna realize that sooner or later, you begin to complain as well. You're gonna realize that, that you begin to complain as well. So what you wanna do is you don't want that energy around you. Right? Or people that find fault in everything. There are people that find fault in everything that you do. You could never do anything right. You do this, there's a problem with that. You do that, there's a problem with that. Whatever you do. So you wanna make sure that you're surrounding yourself. And then you wanna be able to create a road map for where you see yourself in the next thirty days, the next ninety days, the next month, the next year. You need to have a road map for where you're going. You gotta have a road map. Now people say things like, well, why plan if things are not gonna go according to plan? That is the worst thing you could ever do. Because if you don't have a plan, you've already planned to fail. So you wanna create a strategic plan that every three months, my plan for the next six years, my plan for the next two months, have a plan. When you look at the most successful companies, they have quarters, quarterly. They have a meeting every quarter. How are things going the first quarter? You know, how do we do in quarter one? How do we do in quarter two, quarter three, and quarter four? How are you doing in the different quarters of your life? What quarter are you in right now? Do you even know? If not, then I encourage you to take some time to figure out what those quarters are. Now I wanna give you five blockers. Right? I wanna give you five blockers for things that are stopping you. These are five spiritual and practical blockers. If you can remove these blockers out of your way, I can promise you, you are going to see greater things that you have never seen happen in your life. It's like a domino effect that it begins to happen almost immediately. Now the first thing before before I get to that, I have my notion. I wanna make sure that I'm giving you this stuff. The first blocker is the impostor syndrome that is disguised as humanity. Who am I who am I to teach? Who am I? I don't have anything. I'm not worth anything. You know? I'm nobody's gonna listen to me. You know, I I don't have anything to offer. You know, I've I've failed so many times. Everything that I've done have been has been just a failure. So who's going to listen to anybody like me? I don't have anything to offer. Some of the wisest, the smartest people on this planet are homeless people or people that have felt over and over and over and over again. The reason why you see people that are highly successful and their failures are not always as pronounced because they never gave up. I believe the only time that someone becomes a failure is when you give up. That's when you've actually failed, when you stop trying, when you throw your hands up and say, I'm done. I'm not doing this anymore, that is when you become a failure. But as long as you have a breath in your body, you are not a failure. You can continue on. You can move on. You can keep going no matter what you are facing. You can continue to go on. So that is the first thing. Get rid of this I'm not good enough mindset because as a man or a woman thinketh, so is he and so is she. So if you're always thinking I'm nothing, I'm nobody, guess what? That's going to permeate in your soul. Your subconscious mind is going to grab that information. When you go to sleep, all your mind is going to be telling you is I'm nothing. When you wake up in the morning, I'm nothing. You go somewhere, I'm nothing. And when you get around people, you're going to feel intimidated like nothing because all that you've been speaking out, all that you've been saying to yourself is I am nothing, but we're gonna change that. We're gonna change that. You don't wanna have that mindset of I'm nothing because you are something. You are someone. You're fearfully and wonderfully made with a purpose. So blocker number one, you have to get this I'm nothing. Who am I? Nobody's going to listen to me. I have nothing to offer. You know, I've I've always failed at everything that I do. You gotta reprogram your mind for that. Blocker number two, perfection perfectionism rooted in fear of judgment from other people. You have this thing that you gotta be perfect. You have to be perfect in everything you do. Your smile gotta be perfect. Your words have to be perfect. The way that you walk have to be perfect. You have to get this perfectionism off of you because, look, you're gonna grow. You're always going to grow, and and that is something that you have to be okay with. You gotta be okay with growing. Everybody grow. Everybody make mistake. You're not gonna be perfect. So I want you to promise yourself today. K? I want you to say, I'm not going to chase perfectionism. Now let me be very clear. Right? I'm not saying that you don't do things with excellence. That is not what I'm saying at all because you can pursue and do things with the spirit of excellence. What I'm saying is you wanna wait until everything lines up perfectly, then that is when you want to pursue something. You don't wanna do that. You wanna start with whatever you have. Do the best you can with the best you have until you can upgrade. That's how I live. I do the best that I can with the best that I have until I'm able to do better with something else. So stop chasing perfectionism in everything that you do. I'm not saying don't have quality stuff, but don't wait for things to be perfect in order for you to move. You gotta go with it. You gotta do it. You gotta do it right now. You know, they say, you know, start before you're ready. Jump out the airplane before you have to par you have to parachute on. Because when you jump out of the airplane without the parachute, trust me, you're gonna figure how to get that thing loose. You have to figure out how to get that thing loose, and that is the goal. Blocker number three, you don't have a system or platform. The practical chaos of trying to stitch other seven different tools. One of the reasons why I built Pralum is that I wanted to give entrepreneurs coaches because this platform is coached specifically, and it's something that I use this every day. As a matter of fact, I'm doing my own live on my own platform right now. It is such a great feeling. You know, after two years of research and months of trial and error and bugs and all this stuff, to be here today and to be having my first live, I am so I'm proud of myself. I'm truly proud of myself. You know? So you need a system. The most successful companies and individuals are the ones that have a system. If you don't have a system, you're going to repeat the same mistakes over and over again. So what a system does is it helps to help you to it helps you to know what to do, when to do it, how to do it, what not to do. You don't you never scale a business without a system because it is going to crash. It is going to burn. It is not going to accomplish much. So as you have a systematic way of doing things. So when you wanna do your marketing, for example, you gotta do your research. You gotta work on your assets, and then you have to look at all the different systematic things that you have in place that you want to be able to get done. By having those things, you're not wasting time just doing nothing. You have a systematic way of doing things. As a matter of fact, systems are gonna save you a lot of headache. They're gonna save you a lot of money. And more importantly, systems are going to save you so much time so much time that systems are going to save you. So number four, the fourth blocker, you have an unclear monetization path. You know, I don't want to make money off of you know, I don't really wanna make money off of this. You know, if I make money, you know, it's okay. If I don't make money, you know no. You have to have a clear path that you want to be able to monetize. How are you going to generate revenue? How are you going to make money with what you are doing? There has to be a clear path. And when you have that clear path, then you're able to know this is what I need to do. This I gotta take care of my you know, this particular path is gonna help me take care of these bills. This particular path is gonna help me do this, and all those things are definitely something that you have to have. So a clear monetization path. And then blocker number five, isolation. Building alone without a community of like minded faith people. You need to have a community of people with you. You need to have a community of people that are going to be there with you. Let me just check something here real quick. So this is the interesting part. When you have to run multiple things, have to check to make sure that everything was still set, and thank god that everything is still set to go. So you have to have a community of people that are going to support you, of people that you can learn from, people that you can talk to, people that you can lean on. You can't build this thing alone, and that's where a lot of people have their mistake is that they try to build everything alone, and that's not going to work for you. I don't suggest it. I don't recommend it. It is not something that is going to advance, you know, your life in any way, shape, or form. So have a community of people that will support you. You have a a community of people that will are in sharpened iron. They are going to sharpen you because there's some things that you don't know yet. There's some things that I don't know yet. There's some things that you need other people's feedback, and that is one of the things that I love is to get people's feedbacks on it. Gotta check one more thing. And you need people's feedbacks. We are back again. So if you just watch if you're just tuning in right now, make sure that you're sharing, you're liking, and leave a comment below. You know, make sure that you are leaving a comment below. I really appreciate your comments. I read the comments. I really do. I get people reach out to me and just with their questions, what they wanna learn or what they wanna connect, and I definitely wanna connect with you. Now I wanna in Matthew chapter 25, Jesus talked about the the parable of the talent where servants were given thanks. Right? And the master went away. What are you gonna do with what you have? Are you gonna just store it? Are you going to invest it? Are you gonna spend it? How are you going to use what you have so far? It's not about having everything. It's just a matter of using what you currently have to the best that you can. And you don't always need a whole lot. You don't always need a whole lot. Now how to excavate and articulate your god given message? There's a way that you can articulate your message. You go through pain, transformation, and then you get the promise. So that is the systematic way that thing all things always happen. It goes with pain. It goes with the transformation. Pain has a way of teaching you. Pain has a way of humbling you. Pain has a way of helping you to bring a certain level of clarity in your life in a way that nothing else does. Some of the greatest and most influential people, if you listen to their story, what they've been through, the pain they went through, the challenge that they went through, you're gonna realize that it was very hard for them. It was hard for them, but nonetheless, they continue to keep up with with whatever it is that they believe in. So as you're going through pain, you have to know that that's just part of the journey because you're gonna feel the pain. It's not gonna stop for anything, for anyone. Sometimes when you're going in the right direction, the pain comes and it hurts more, and you have to keep pushing. You have to keep pushing, and you have to learn how to share your message. You gotta learn how to package whatever it is that you wanna share with the world, with the audience, and that takes some fine tuning. That's not something that always that just happens easily. You can have the greatest message, but if you don't know how to package it in a way that it speak to people, that it get their attention, then you're gonna miss that opportunity to connect with the right people. Right? So learning how to package a message When you learn how to package and share your message, it brings a certain level of clarity, a certain level of clarity that has never been there before. Focused people always have clarity. And if you're going to accomplish to do anything, you have to have clarity with where you are going. What is the message that you wanna get across to the world? What is the one thing that you wanna get across to people? That message, that clarity is gonna help you attract the right people. That is one thing that clarity does. You can't save everybody. You can't help everybody. But with the right clarity, you can be able to attract the right people. You know? It's like the older you get, right, the less noise you want. You want clarity. You don't wanna be guessing. You don't have that time to try to guess your way through everything. You wanna be able to have such clarity with the direction that you're going, with the path that is before you, with the relationships that you're dealing with, with everything in your life. You want with your finances, you want clarity in your finances. You want clarity with your relationships. You want clarity with your business. And that is one of the reasons why I built prelim. It gives you as a coach all the tools that you can be able to use. You can go live. You can host your meetings. And there's so many different things that you can be able to do to help you along that path. It can help you to to make a difference, which at the end of the day, that's all that matters. What difference did you make? You know, when all is said and done, they're gonna look back at the legacy legacy that you left. Who did you impact? Who did you impact? Who are you impacting right now? Who are you impacting right now? When you look at your life, who do you have the the biggest impact on, and who has the biggest impact on you? That tells you a lot. I don't know what phase or what's happening in your life right now, but there's a message that is locked up inside of you. There's a message that people need to hear. Your vision, whether it's for your business, whether it's for your family, whatever that message that you've been holding on, it keeps coming back. And sometimes you have dreams about it. It keeps coming back over and over and over again. You forget about it, but something happens that reminds you of it. You live it alone, something happens that reminds you of it. Now I talked about creating a monetization path. Now as a coach, you wanna be able to create different models for your coaching system. So you have your one on one, you have group, and then you have your courses. Now most people typically start off by doing the one on one coaching. Like, you meet someone, whether it's virtually or in person, and you map out something for them that's going to help them along the way, and you teach them from there. Now the one on one coaching, that's a great place to start because it helps you to understand yourself, your the dynamics that you have with people. Like, it helps you to understand what what to say, how to, you know, how to respond to people. It help you to understand what they need, the clarity. So when you have a one on one, you deal with them on a personal level. Right? You get to learn about things about them. You get to understand them on a on a deeper level. And one of the reasons why I love one on one coaching is that you really get to know the person. You get to understand, who they are. You get to understand, you know, their message. You get to understand there's so many things that when you deal one on one with the person that you're able to talk about, you can spend more time investing in them. You can spend more time understanding them and creating a path that works for them. So that's the thing. And then you have group programs. When you do group programs, then you can be able to to get a a much more deeper perspective. Right? Because when you don't group training in group programs, it helps you to know what do people need. You gotta put your pulse on what they're looking for, on what they're struggling with. Right? Because there's generally a consensus within a group. It can be three people. It can be four people. It can be five people. Sometimes it can be a larger group. A general consensus with what the group needs in order to accomplish something. Where are they stuck at? And then, of course, you have your digital courses, your digital content, which you wanna create content on a consistent basis. Whether you do content once a week, you do content once you know, every every two weeks, but you wanna be able to have something that is consistent because people the mistake that some people make is that they start off with, you know, with excitement, and they don't publish anything for for a while. They'll publish something for today, and then you don't hear back from them again for another two months, three months, four months. You gotta be consistent and in the face of the people that you're reaching on a regular basis. So even if you do content once a week, consistently do content once a week for about, you know, three months. That is going to give an idea for you to see how things are working, what's not working, and then you can be able to make an adjustment based off of that. But you wanna be able to do content consistently. Create courses. I know there are some people that say, know, courses are dead. Don't waste your time, but I don't believe that courses are dead because there are people that still watch courses. Again, you want to diversify in your niche. Right? So you want to do the one on one coaching, you want to do group coaching, you want do courses, you want to do content, and that's something that I spread out all across to meet one on one. Now this is the one of the things next is I wanna talk about pricing. How to price with confidence, How to anchor your price to the transformation, not your time. A lot of coaches, they price based on time, not transformation. The problem with that is when you price based on time, you're gonna realize some things take more time to accomplish and other things take less time to accomplish. So you wanna see what type of transformation can I give this person? What type of transformation can I give this group? What type of transformation are people going to get once they go through my program? You have to be very clear with what they're going to get through the program. You have to be very specific and clear. When you're clear about what they're gonna get, it's gonna do several things. One of the things it's going to bring is clarity. Right? Clarity always brings speed. When you are clear about something, you move at a different pace. When you're clear about something, you move at a different direction. Now you can look up the different pricing rates, but don't price based off of your time. So if you have a a ninety day program, if you have a a thirty days, if you have a so work on your pricing in that structure manner, not, you know, three hours time frame or always price based on the outcome. So you wanna create a package. Ninety days, like, I have a ninety day package that I I have, and, you know, based off of that, this what you're gonna get. You're going to learn. You're going to have weekly meetings. If you have any questions, if you need training, you know, the tools that you can use it on the platform, you know, how do you do the outreach and, you know, your offer, all those things. Your confidence level is different when you begin to price what you you can you can offer to people, what what they can get from that. Now when you're pricing based of transformation, you have to use wisdom to know how long realistically that's gonna take. Right? Say, for example, you are a fitness coach. You can't promise someone that they're gonna lose, you know, 20 pounds in three days. That's not realistic, and that's not healthy. And the same thing with any other type of transformation stuff that you're doing is you have to say, look. In the next three months, I can do this. In the next nine months, I can do this. For me, I'm a long term coach. I just don't like dealing with people once and then never deal with them again. Right? I like to help them along that journey. So whether that journey is ninety days, right, whether that journey is a year, typically, I wanna get that year with them, to work with them. Now the other side of that is you have to have people apply and do a little understanding of what they need to make sure that they're the right fit. Because there is as much as I wanna help people, there's nothing more painful than you, you know, coaching someone that is just the fit is just not right. It's just not there. And I've been there. I've had times when, you know, you go extended period of time with, you know, with someone that is just not a good fit. And then it causes problems. You know, they start to complain, and then it just causes so much more. So you have to be able to, make sure that they are the right fit for what you're doing. Because if not, then, you know, you don't really wanna, you don't wanna go through that. You don't wanna go through that at all. So I wanna give you now your 30 day launch road map. Right? From common to your clients, there's a thirty day road map to help you to go from where you are, whether you just started or you've been there for a while, you're not really getting any clients, you're not getting the business, you're not connecting with anyone, you're not getting the message out. So the first thing with one week number one, message clarity. I mentioned this before. I alluded to it before. Finalize your one sentence message, and then identify your ideal client avatar. Define your transformation promise. Okay? So first, you finalize that one message sentence. You identify the type of client that you wanna work with, and then what transformation are they gonna get to do. Before you do anything else, start with that. Listen. This first week have concrete things that they are going to accomplish. The very clear clarity is vital when it comes to coaching. Clarity is extremely important. Week number two, you wanna create an offer. You can go on prelim. We'll have, the AI that would generate your offer. All you have to do is you type in the type of offer that you wanna create, give it a topic, and it is going to generate an offer for you that you can be able to use. And you can fine tune it. You can tweak it. But, again, it helps you to define your offer. So create a offer, design your signature coaching offers, set your price, and create a simple offers page. All of that you can do on Pralum. You can create a simple page. You can take collect payments on the platform. You can, you know, testimonials and all those things. So week two. So, again, week number one, message your message and clarity. You gotta be clear with where you're going, what you're doing. Week number two, create an offer. What are you offering to people? Week number three, yep, the platform and community set up. Get your tech in place, set up your coaching hub, publish your first piece of content, which is what you can do all of that in prelim. You can build your own community here. You can have your clients. You can communicate with the clients. You can send email. Right? You can have meetings. You can have private sessions with them, and we have an AI that is going to help you, is going to sharpen your skills. We have an AI that is going to help you to make sure that it gives you feedback. It it gives you ideas. It gives you the next steps. It gives you a transcript of you've done this. You've done that. Now here's what to do for the next time. Right? So you wanna get the platform that our community is so vital. You want to have a community. Most people build, they build offers, but they don't think about the community. And that is vital because that's how you support them. You know, you wanna build that relationship with them. Right? You wanna be able to communicate with them, know how things are going, you know what's wrong, what solutions that they're looking for, what what problems that they need to solve. And, also, we have agents that you can be able to use, and the agents can send messages for you. They can respond to messages. They can respond to emails and all those things. So all of that is part of the community platform. And week number four, outreach and enrollment. You wanna send DMs to your warm connections. These are people that you've communicated with at some level. Right? And you they know about you. They've seen your content out. That is where you wanna start. And then you wanna host a free intro call or webinar. Those are When I started online, we're talking about years ago. Webinars were something that were really popular back then, but they're not as popular today. But webinars are still very vital. You can have a intro call. That's just saying you wanna get to know the person, you know, get to talk to them. Sometimes, like, fifteen minute call, thirty minute call to see, what they need and how you can be able to help them. You you figure and you kinda map, you know, all of those things out. And then onboarding your first client. This is where a lot of coaches get stuck because they need to understand how do you onboard your clients. On the platform, I use this. I can be able to onboard the clients. I can set them up with their own dashboard. They can come in. I can send videos. I can send emails, messages through there. I'm able to kinda walk them through, you know, through that process. And once you got those things done, those are crucial things that you need. Those are vital. So in your first four weeks, you've been able to go through from starting into building something that lasts. You need a community. You need a community. Finally, I just wanna go over this. The cost of waiting. You you I mean, you've been waiting for such a long time. You've been waiting for the right conditions. You've been waiting for the right moments. You've been waiting for like, you've been waiting for the right things to happen, but it's just not doesn't work that way. It doesn't work that way. Start with what you have and enhance it later. It doesn't have to be perfect. Get started. Let this be I hope this live is something that you can say, you know, I'm gonna get started today. I don't I don't know everything, but I'm gonna get started today. You have a message that is within you.
