You're called, you're gifted, you work hard — so why are you still broke? For most Christian coaches, it's not a skills problem. It's a set of lies you've quietly believed about money. In this teaching, Coach Mathew names the 3 lies keeping faith-driven coaches broke — and how to break free from each one.
You'll learn:
- Lie #1: "Charging premium isn't humble or Christian." Why guilt about money is costing you the very clients you're called to serve.
- Lie #2: "Price by the hour to win business." Why pricing your time instead of your transformation keeps you undercharging forever.
- Lie #3: "Money is unspiritual — staying small is holy." Why the poverty mindset makes you hoard instead of build, and how God uses provision for Kingdom impact.
When you charge for the transformation you actually deliver, everything changes. This video shows you how to break the lies and finally get paid what you're worth.

My name is Matthew Damon. I am happy to have you join today. Now the coaching industry is booming. At the bottom of this screen, I have two offers that you can take advantage of now. I've been sharing this before. This, like, a a regular I have a ninety day program that I work with coaches, show them how to use Predomin platform to be able to, you know, launch a coaching business, whether you're an agency, to start from scratch, to scale. All that is a ninety day program. So at the bottom of this video, make sure that you take advantage of that. And then we have the Kingdom AI Lab. This is our weekly meetings. You know, we talk about everything, go through different things, and kinda help you give you the strategies to help you with your your business. So let me read these stats to you. Okay? Because these are pretty incredible. These stats are awesome about the coaching industry. And if you haven't made up your mind to become a coach, there's never been a better time for you to join and get in that industry. There has never been a better time for you to become a coach. Alright. So here, the industry size, the coaching is a 5,300,000,000 global industry with a 125,000 protect practitioners. That's up from that's up 62% since 2019. Now in The US in The US alone, there are 232,000 coaches serving clients in a $16,000,000,000 industry that is more than double since 2016. $16,000,000,000. $16,000,000,000. Now let's look at the growth. The industry grew 15 to 17% since 2023 with 43% of increase seen, 43% of coaches seen increased demand in the last year. So there is a huge demand for coaches. There are so many different types of coaching that you can get involved in. And if you look on the platform, we give you the opportunity to be able to be any type of coach, whether you wanna be a a life coach, executive coach, you know, decision making coach, marriage and relationship coach, you can be able to do any of those things, and that can get you in the right direction. Now the income for the average US coach is $71,719 per year. They're charging 200 coaches charge on average $234 an hour with 59% expecting revenue growth in the next year. So you can be charging per session. You can charge based on transformation. Now the virtual shift, 72% of coaches now offer virtual coaching, up from 40% in 2020. So coaches are realizing that, look, people wanna do stuff virtual. They don't always wanna meet in person. They wanna be at home where they're comfortable, and you can coach them through that medium. So on this platform, we have our own call. It's called rooms. It allows you to have private one on one session with your with your clients, with a group that can join in. And we have an AI that is built to give you tips, to give you pointers, to help you to to sharpen your skills after every meeting. The AI is going to let you know your strength, your weaknesses, the type of offers that you need to create, plus the AI can create the offers for you. All that you have to do is type in the title of the offer and give it a description, and it is going to create it for you instantly. Now today, we wanna go over the three lies that are keeping Christian coaches broke and struggling. These are the things that are keeping you broke. They're keeping you struggling, and you're trying to figure out, you know, how do I make it? What do I do? What's going on? And there's something powerful about words. There is something powerful about words. And and that's why I always tell people that you have to be careful who you give the air to because the people that you give the air to, you give your mind to. And the people that you give your mind to, you give your peace to Because at any moment, they can disrupt your life if you have the wrong voices in your ear. So I keep emphasizing this. Be careful who you're letting in your head. Be careful who you're letting in your circle. Be careful who you're letting in your ear because the people that you let in your ear, they can tell you a whole bunch of stuff that's not gonna help you. But guess what? When you're going through hard times, when you're going through painful times, when you're going through hardships, they are not going to be there for you at all. They're gonna disappear. So what you wanna do is you want to be able to make sure that you're believing the lies from from people. You're not believing the lies from the enemy. So I wanna go over those three things here with you today that will help you to to make sure that you are on track, to make sure that you have clarity in order for you to overcome the lies. First, you have to know what your purpose is in life. What is your purpose? Why are you here? Why did God create you in this time frame, in this time period? Why did he create you and let you be born in, you know, in the sixteen hundreds? Why didn't you let you be born during, you know, a thousand year a thousand years ago or thousands of years ago? Right? So you gotta ask them those questions. Why are you existing and living in this particular time? Let me tell you why. The reason why you are living in this time because there is a need for what's inside of you. There is a demand from what you carry. There are millions and millions of people around the world that you've never met, and most of them you will never meet on a one on one basis to get to talk to them, but they are waiting for your gift to manifest. They are waiting for you to take that first step and break fear and and say, I refuse to be afraid to step out in faith. I refuse to let the words of people, the negativity, the doubt, I refuse to let that pollute my soul. I refuse to let that corrupt me. I refuse to let the negativity of other people infiltrate my mind and infiltrate my space. You have to learn how to protect your atmosphere. Protect it at all cost. If you're gonna have people in your life that come in to disrupt it, they're not bringing you peace, they're not bringing you clarity, they're not bringing you love, they're not bringing you direction, they're not bringing you hope. If you are going to have people like that in your life, you will never have a clear sense of direction. You're always going to be combating what they're saying, combating what they're doing. Matter of fact, you're gonna exhaust more energy fighting with them than building with them. When you have relationships in your life that you gotta fight more than build more, cut it off. If they're not willing to go with you on this journey, cut them off. Focus on the journey because I'm telling you, the energy that you exude, there is someone out there that is looking for that energy. There is someone out there that is waiting. They've been waiting for you their entire lives. You are the one that they're gonna follow. You are the one that is going to lead them to their promised land. You are the one that they've been praying for. They've been preparing for. They have been waiting for you. Now it is time for you to answer that call and say, you know, today, I make a decision today. I will answer the call. What is that call? That's something that only you can find out. No one else can tell you what that call is. No one else. But only you can find out and move with that call because people are waiting for you. You know, there are people that you haven't met yet. There are people that they will not be able to accomplish all that God has created them to be until you take your next step. There are people right now that are just waiting for you to take your next step in order for them to take their next step. Their next five steps listen to this. Their next five steps is dependent on your next move or your next moves, and that is why you have to be strategic. You have to plan. You have to get clarity. Get clarity on where you're going. Get clarity on what your mission is. Get clarity on why you're doing what you're doing. What is your why for doing what you're doing? What is that why? Why are you doing what you're doing? I wanna help you to understand and dismantle these three lies and why believing even one of them is quietly destroying your business, is destroying the mission that you have been put on this earth by God to do, is destroying your relationships, is destroying your sense of direction, Any one of these, you gotta own it and say, you know what? You're right. I own it, and I gotta make a change. So let today be the day of a start that you start a new journey. Just start a new journey. So today, I wanna talk to the Christian coaches, the faith based consultants, and anyone building a coaching agency that is rooted in kingdom principles, anyone building that has morals, that has values. If you have good morals, if you have good values, today is going to help you to cut off the lies. One of the things that I've learned in life is that sometimes the only person that can help you is you. Stop waiting for other people to come to your rescue. Nobody's coming. That is a harsh realization for most people. Now if you have a circle of friends and you got a good family support system, they can come to your rescue sometimes. But the reality that's why I keep telling you, be careful who you're listening to today because they can fill your mind with a bunch of garbage. They can fill your mind with a bunch of nonsense. And you realize six months later when you're in hot water, a year later, two years later, when your relationships start to fall apart or your business falls apart or your plans fall apart, and then you realize, oh my goodness. I was listening to the wrong voice of the wrong voices the whole time. So that is why today we're gonna get those voices, silence those voices. We're gonna silence those voices. So what you're gonna walk away with, you're gonna walk away first today with clarity. You're going to sit crystal clear what those three lies are, how to know when those lies are showing up, and what to do about those lies. You've believed them enough, and they've stared you wrong. But today, we are going to bring clarity. The next thing that you're gonna I wanna talk about and that you're gonna learn is I wanna give you a framework, a system. I I tell people this all the time. I tell coaches and entrepreneurs, business owners. When they call to consult with me, one of the questions that I ask them is, what is your system? What type of system or framework have you set in place? Most coaches, most businesses, they don't have a framework because they don't understand how frameworks are supposed to work. I want you to analyze your life, analyze your business. What framework do you have for getting leads? What framework do you have for providing support? What framework do you have for generating content? What framework do you have when plans change? What framework do you have when you're growing or when you're not growing? So you need to be able to have different frameworks in your life. Frameworks, a system. A framework lets you know what to do, what not to do, when to do it. It gives you detail, a bird's eye view. You need to have a bird's eye view on your business at all times, at all times. So there are two perspective that you need to have in your business as a coach. First, you need a macro perspective. This is when you can step back and you can look at things from afar, from a long distance. Right? Let me give for example, if you're in a football stadium or basketball stadium, if you you can't see the entire court if you're on the court. You can't see the entire stadium if you're on the stadium. The only way for you to see what is around, who's around in the stadium, and what direction to go in, and what not to do is you need to get a bird's eye view of your business. And then you have what's called a micro view. This is where you get in the mix of things. And the same example is a basketball court. You go on the court, and you deal with the people on a, you know, everyday basis. You talk to them. You ask them questions. You get feedback, And then you take that information, and then you grow, and then you learn, and then you implement different things based off of the feedback that you've gotten. And finally, I wanna give a new permission structure to build with with both faith and strategy. Strategy is important if you're going to scale anything. If you're going to be successful at anything, you need to have a strategy for every aspect of your business, every aspect. And a strategy is just saying, I need to set up some guardrails. A guardrail is just to help you navigate different volatile times in your business. Because as you know it, your business can be like a roller coaster. That's just how it is. Sometimes you're ascending. Other times, you're flatlining where for a while things are flatlining, and then other times, you are descending. So based on the season that you're in, you need to be able to know what is my business on right now? What phase am I in? What stage am I in? Am am I ascending? Am I flatlining, or am I descending? Based on where you think you are, you can use a strategy for when you are ascending. So when you're ascending, you wanna keep going up. What happened? What made you to ascend? What are you doing right that is causing you to ascend at that velocity? You have to see how fast you're ascending. Next, if you're flatlining, you gotta figure out why am I flatlining? What did I do? What did I change? Was it the message? Was it the branding? Was it the timing? Was it the marketing? And then when you start to decline, you gotta go back again and wonder, I'm declining. What has happened? Is the market shifting? Do I need to reinvent myself again? Because sometimes the market just shift, and you have to be able to adjust and shift with the market to come, you know, ascend again. And that is why you realize that some of the most successful brands, the reason why they are relevant is because they move with how the market is. If the market wants less, they figure out to give them less. If the market wants more, they figure out to give them or whatever the market moves, then you can be able to and then you get to a place where you actually determine the direction of the market. You determine if you want the market to go up. That's you've built a certain level of influence. Now that takes some time, and it doesn't happen overnight. So now let me give you the three lies that you're gonna have to overcome as a coach if you wanna be successful in the coaching industry. The lie number one, especially as a Christian coach, this is more prevalent in the Christian community than anywhere else. And is this charging premium pricing makes you feel, like, greedy or ungodly? Like, if you charge for what you're worth, then you feel like something doesn't feel right. You know, I really, I can't really charge them, you know, 5,000. You know, that just seemed like such a so much money. Not for them. So you have to get off that lie, that mindset. As a coach, you are charging for transformation. You're not charging per hour. Now I mentioned per hour before, but I don't want you to get in the mindset of charging per hour. You charge based on the transformation that people are going to get. Do you wanna do a thirty day transformational program? Do you wanna do sixty days? Do you want whatever time frame you are charging from from that. Now where this light comes from is by misapplied theology about poverty, humility, and prosperity gospel over correction. You can't mention anything about prosperity now almost like in the church. The moment you mention money, oh, you know, you're trying to get people the money. Oh, you think this no. No. In the business world, it's it's look. That is the money. So you gotta get off this mindset. You know, Luke ten seventeen says that the laborer is worthy of his wages. The laborer is worthy of his wages. So you're charging based on the transformation that you're gonna give people. You've invested so much in yourself. You've learned. You've made mistakes, you've grown, and you continue to grow. Now there are people that want to be where you were five years ago. Right? They want to be a different person. So guess what? Because you you went through that five year journey, that two years journey, whatever time frame that took for you, now when you meet people that want to be where you are, You're saying to them, look. I've been through those rough times. I've been through times when I didn't know what was gonna happen. But now because I was able to stick through it, I was able to overcome it, I'm gonna give you the framework for what you need to do to get to that level. That's what you're giving them. You're giving them the framework for what to get to that level. The Proverbs 31, we talk about Proverbs 31 all the time, but we don't realize that that Proverbs 31 woman, she was a a businesswoman. She was all about her family, all about her husband, her husband, and all about her kids. She was out there working. She was out there handling business to make sure her family was well taken care of. And that is that's what it's all about. Now sometimes undercharging actually dishonors your gift and fails your client. You cannot pour from an empty vessel. If you're undercharging, you're empty already. So when I started creating I started in this industry, digital marketing, web design back in 2002. And when I started, I was doing multilevel marketing where, you know, you have to recruit people to join your team. And based on the number of people that joined your team, you get revenue from that. It's like a residual that comes from them and the person that they they invited and so on and so forth. And then I got into web design. When I started creating websites for clients, I used to charge, like, $7.50 $7.07 50 an hour. Right? It was, though, less than $8. And I realized something. The clients I had I remember one time, I had two different clients. One was paying me $500 to do a project. Another was paying me, like, $7.50 an hour, something like that. It was it was real low. And the person that was paying me the $7.50, man, they were on my case every single day. They wanted so much more than what they could afford. I was stressed out. I'm like, man, this is crazy. And I had gotten a few clients like that. You know, I was on freelancing websites, and I had about 10 clients or so, and they were paying per hour. Even though I was making money, man, I was stressed because everything you did, they wanted more, but they couldn't afford more. Now the client that was paying me 500, they'll give me they'll send me an email with just a couple changes on it. A couple of changes. When I made those changes, they were good. And from that early on, I realized that I did not want to serve the lower end because when you undercharge, they you get drained. You get drained fast and quickly that you're not going to be able to pour out to those that really need you. You get drained, and I was drained. So as I learned, then I adjusted my strategy. I realized that, you know what? This seven fifteen hour is not working for me. Right? Now, of course, I had to improve my skill sets. I had to learn. I had to, you know, do some more work. And as I got better with marketing and training, you know, because I started teaching how other coaches how to build platforms, how to build websites, you know, ecommerce, and things like that. So as I improve my skill set over time, I remember when I, you know, I as my rates change. So I wanted to first, I was going $7.50, and then, like, you know what? If I could just make $500, just 500, then after some time improving my skill set, guess what? I landed $500 deal. I mean, it wasn't as it doesn't sound like much now, but back then, you know, it was it was like, wow. You know, you made progress, and I was proud of that. And then I said, you know what? I need to upgrade to a thousand. This 500, I've been doing it for a while, and I've I've gotten better. I've improved my skills. Let me do a thousand. So I did a thousand, and I I started getting clients that, you know, they'll pay the thousand. No problem. And I noticed that every amount, the more that I charge and the quality that I gave them, the less headache that I was getting from those types of client. Then I say, you know what? I'm gonna charge $5,000 upfront. You know, that's my next milestone. So I started with 500 upfront. I got it. I went to a thousand upfront, and I got it. I went to 5,000 upfront. I'm like, you know, I gotta get 5,000 upfront, and, you know, I'm gonna explain to them this and that. And I worked my way up, and I got it. And then I had a I had a deal where the deal for this particular one was, like, $25 upfront. You know? And I remember it took me a couple months. But twin about two months later, I was able to close that deal, and they gave me a check for $25,000. And I went in the bank, and I deposited that, and it was just like, wow. And from that day, I knew the sky was not even the limit. So the point that I'm making is that when you start to undercharge, the stress level that comes from people that don't have the money to pay the resources, it's not worth it. Trust me. It is not now if you just wanna just do, you know, at the kindness of your heart, you wanna be able to help out, that's different. But from a business standpoint, you don't wanna go go to that because, you know, it's not gonna help you. God doesn't call you to be broke. He calls you to be faithful with what he's given you. God has given you a gift. He's given you something that the Bible said that your gift will make room for you and bring you before great men. Your gift, but that gift has to be polished. That gift has to be transformed. So when you you attract a certain type of people based on the pricing that you have, there are people right now, they will not even look at you if you charge less than $30,000 upfront. They won't because they know what transformation looks like. There are people now that are willing to pay that much upfront. They're willing to pay $50,000 upfront, a $100,000 upfront. Now the level that I've been the most that I've ever gotten upfront is 25 k. I'm working on, you know, the other levels. You know, we're we're slowly working our way up there. But the point of it is, there are people that know that if they pay you a thousand dollars, you can't give them the transmissions for a thousand dollars. They just wouldn't even waste their time, and that is who you want to attract. So when I go to places, I know that I'm not the cheapest, but I promise you, I give you the most transformation out of everybody else. So you gotta work based off of that transformation, and and you have to audit your current prices against the actual transformation that you deliver. You gotta close the gap. And that's why I keep telling you, take some time. You know? What are you offering people? What's gonna happen to to them in thirty days, in ninety days, in a year, in whatever time frame. So you wanna work on that. So now I wanna take a look at lie number two. And lie number two is this, if God call me to it, the business will build itself. If you build it, they will come. That is one of the biggest lies that entrepreneurs and especially Christian coaches and business owners make. If you build the website, they're gonna come. If you build the ministry, they're gonna come. If you build the business, they're gonna come. It doesn't work that way at all. If you build it, no. It doesn't work that way. And that is a dangerous dangerous trap because you're building something, you have to let people know about it. You know, when I started building this platform, it took me some time to build it to get it to this point right now. Now there's still a lot of improvements, but it took me months Even though I was building a platform from scratch with AI, man, there were so many missing pieces that I had to plug this in. I had to plug that in. I had to get that going. I had to move that. I had to change I had to do so much debugging. Right? And I learned a lot through that. Waiting for divine intervention instead of building systems and showing up consistently. That is what people mess up. You're waiting for some type of intervention when you need to build a system. I talk about systems a lot. Because when you build a system, a system can should be able to run without you. A system should outlive you. When you look at the governments of the world, especially ancient government, the reason they call them ancient is because they built a system that outlived whoever started it, and that is always your goal, to build a system that will outlive you because you won't live forever. Now a biblical example is of God given vision that requires human strategy. I talk about strategy a lot. What is your strategy for your business? What is your strategy for when things are going good? What is your strategy for when things are not going What is your marketing strategy? What is your content strategy? What is your video strategy? What is your partnership strategy? What strategies do you have in place for your business right now? If I said, let's talk strategy, where would you start? What would you do? What would you say? If you don't have that, now is the time for you to sharpen up with that. In the Bible, Nehemiah went to the king, and the king gave him permission to rebuild the walls. Now I've read through the entire book of Nehemiah, and it is a powerful, powerful book. You can learn so much about business from the book of Nehemiah. I think it's about seven chapters. From chapter one to chapter seven, I believe, you can learn so much about life, especially about business. Nehemiah had to get the right people. There were times he had a strategy for what happens when an attack comes. And he said that Nehemiah had his had the workers. They were working with weapons in one hand because at any given time that an attack came, they were ready to defend themselves. That was a strategy that Nehemiah had to implement because there are people that wanted to destroy them. They want that war to get rebuilt. So Nehemiah realized that I need to come up with a strategy, and guess what? God gave him that strategy. God dropped it in his heart, and he was able to implement it. So in case something went down, they were ready to fight to the death. He had a strategy. Joseph's Joseph had a great strategy. When the pharaoh had the dream that troubled him, Joseph said, hey. Let's store for, you know, for seven years. Let's store the grains. Let's keep them. So as people are coming in, you know, when when there's the famine, we're gonna get visitors from all over the world. So let's take this next seven years, and let's create grains, let's store store houses so we have more than enough. And when we can create those store houses, we can charge a premium. People are going to pay premium during the drought. Joseph had a specific strategy, and that is the one thing that you gotta learn is don't be generic about the strategies in your business. Don't wing it. And most people do this. They just kind of wing it. You don't want to wing it. You want to be very direct. You want to be very clear. You want to know exactly what you're gonna do, when you're gonna do it, and how you're gonna execute it. And sometimes you miss it, but the point of it is you need to have a strategy. So once you have that now, then you can be able to move accordingly. Not just most people do this. Well, I just post and pray, and I hope that somebody sees it. That is not a strategy. Well, maybe, you know, posting is not a strategy in itself. Posting is not marketing in itself. So one of the things that I do, it saved me so much time, is having this platform, it allows me to custom create messages for you, to build things that is going to help you and your personal life, and your business, and your relationships, and and different aspects. So when I'm posting on social media, I'm very intentional about what I post on social media. I just don't follow trends for following trends' sake. I'm intentional, and you have to be intentional about how you want to be perceived by the masses. It's not about being perfect. So one of the things that I do is I'm gonna share a little bit more detail about my content strategy, but I go live every day. And what I've built on the platform now, because I go live every day, the moment that I finish this live, I have the system is going to give me clips, highlights from this up to three minutes max. I don't have to do anything. Before, I had to go and upload some or use other tools. So now when I finish my live, the system transcribe it for me, it put captions for me, put thumbnails for me, and automatically just put it. Then I have to go to the draft, and I can review the ones that I wanna put out. And I can put that on on the Praluent platform. I can put that on YouTube. I can put that on other platforms because it does that for me. So that is a strategy that I use. So instead of me manually going to all this different platform and uploading, uploading, I've already built a system on this platform that allows me to post to TikTok, allows me to post to LinkedIn and to YouTube, and then I'm going to add other platforms as well. And this saves me so much time. And the graphics when I create the graphics, I'm able to just create the content for it, create the the the captions for it, and then make sure that I have the different sizes. So that is a strategy that I'm using to be able to help you. And sometimes a lack of systems create chaos. If you don't have system in your business, it is going to create chaos. And sometimes people can see chaos from a a business that have no systems as a sign from God to quit. When in in reality, the reason why you wanna quit is because you don't have a system in place. You're stressed out. You're frustrated. You're angry. You're worried. You don't know what to do next because you don't have a system in place. A system is going to alleviate that for you. A system is going to organize that for you. A system is going to make sure as you're dealing with people, they know exactly what is expected of them. They're not guessing. They're not trying to figure it out, but they know exactly. I'm gonna do this. This is what is expected of me. So that's where you have to be able to make sure that you're you you're clear on having a system. Now a practical action for this, for lie number two is this. You wanna identify one area of your business running on prayer alone with zero strategy and build a thirty day plan for it. In other words, if you just build something and just say, well, I'm just hopefully it works. It doesn't work that way. You have to be intentional about your marketing. Whatever you measure, that is was was gonna grow. Whatever you measure, that is where your attention is going to be. So you need to set up a thirty day plan for your coaching business or your business. Set a thirty day plan. In the next thirty days, I'm going to post twice a week. In the next thirty days, I'm going to create two videos that I can repurpose. Right now on prelim, you can go on there, create a free account as a coach, and you can be able to create videos. You can go live just like I'm going live right now, and your content is going to be repurposed on the platform that you can be able to share later on. But you need to have a posting strategy. You can't just you can't just wing it. You've winged it too much, and when you wing it too much, after a while, it doesn't it doesn't work anymore. People can see when you're winging things. Have you ever been around a person that put in so much effort in what they're doing? You can literally tell that they've put in a lot of effort in what they're doing. They're not just they're not just winging it. Right? They're not just winging it. They know what they're doing. They've taken some time to do research. They've taken some time to learn. They've taken some time to study, and they've done their homework. And then you have those who let me just wing it and see how things go. So, again, come up with a thirty day plan, what you're gonna do. Now let's go to line number three. And some coaches say this, I don't need secular business tools. I just need, you know, I just need to be in a community and just need to be in prayer. Right? I don't want to worry about those tools. I don't need AI. You know, AI is the devil. You know, the devil created AI. AI is you know, think AI is God, and I'm not going to mess with AI. That is the wrong mindset that you have you have. That is the wrong mindset. Because the things that you do every day, there are companies that built that, And the same tools that you're running away from is the same tools that you're using that has enhanced your life, but you don't really know about it. But you run away from it. It's good to be part of a community, and prayer is definitely essential. But if you're running a coaching business in 2025, if you run a coaching business just on Facebook, just on Google forms, I mean, those are good intentions, but that's not gonna get you too far. You have to be able to utilize tools that help you. You gotta be able that is why I built this platform so you can use those tools. Instead of going to seven different places, you can go into a single platform that allows you to do everything in one place. And I'm so glad that I took the time. Like, I I did research before building this platform. I did research trial and error for two years. After, you know, doing research and trying different things, I finally was able to okay. This is the direction that I wanna go because I knew there were coaches and people like you that are looking to get tools that you can be able to use today. You can be able to generate revenue today, and you definitely need that. And what clients actually need to trust you enough to invest in you, a professional experience, a clear delivery, and a seamless onboarding. So if you want your clients to trust you in business, you have to give them excellence. There's no shortcut. You have to give them a professional and excellent experience. Now a few years ago, there's a a grocery store that I used to go to. Right? There are two grocery stores I used to go to. One of them was, like, literally, like, a few minutes away from where I lived, maybe five minutes right max. And the other one was about fifteen to twenty minutes away from where I lived. You know where I went? I almost always went to the one that's about fifteen minutes or three times further than the one that's closer to me. Why? Because the experience, the customer service was better. The store was organized. I mean, everything was in order. Even though the one that was, like, five minutes from that I could just walk to, I didn't go there because the customer experience was terrible. No excellence. It was just horrible. So I avoided going there as much as possible. So that is what you need to do. You have to be professional. You gotta be professional. Like, even with my my recording, the the quality that you're looking at now is not a quality that I always had. And, of course, you always upgrade and advance some more. If you see my original first clip that I made, I went back and I looked at it. I'm like, thank God for growth. Back then, man, I thought that was the stuff. I thought, man, I was that was it. But as you grow, then you you know better, you get access to better equipment, and then you do better. So you want to provide a professional experience all the time. Not sometimes, not every other time, but all the time. And you wanna get clear delivery. What are they going to get when they get when they sign up for you with your program? What type of experience are they going to have? You have to have that map that which leads to the onboarding. Right? A seamless onboarding. When someone wants to sign up for your program, is it a hassle to sign up for it? Does it take forever to sign up? Is there a lot of glitches? So when you have something that has a lot of glitches, people just give up, and they never come back most of the times. So you wanna make sure that that process is seamless. Now we have what's called the duct tape and prayer. You know, you put you just kinda duct tape things around. You use different tools, but they're scattered all over the place. Your website have, like, six different colors. I just talked about being professional, and there are people today that when you look at their website, it has my goodness. It has different font sizes. It has different gradients. The opacity is different. You have images in places that shouldn't even be. The form is at the bottom, you know, below the fold. And you when you get to the website, you just, like, you scratch your head like, what in the world? This thing doesn't make any sense. It doesn't make any sense. So you gotta be professional in all that you do. You gotta be professional in everything that you're working on. And you wanna get discovered by clients already looking for what you are doing. You wanna get discovered by the right types of client. Now I'm gonna do another video that talks about the types of client that you need. Because just just because someone is gonna pay you doesn't mean that you need to do business with them. I had an experience like this years ago. You know, I needed I needed the money, and I got involved, you know, someone to pay me. And I was like, man, we just didn't align. Purpose didn't align. Our direction didn't align. It just wasn't a good alignment. So I'm like, know, whatever. I'm just gonna take the money, you know, because I need it. That project, it crashed. It crashed badly, and it was a learning experience for me. And I said, from that day forth, I will never ever do business with someone again. I don't care how much they're paying. That doesn't align with me, and you shouldn't either. Because while the money might sound good upfront, at the end, it backfires. And I was doing business with this guy and to do his his his website. I went. I did everything. I showed him. He he left the site and, you know, whatever changes that he needed to get done, I'd do the changes, and sometimes he'll take, like, three weeks to get back to me about different things. And I'm like, you know, I need a little more responsiveness from you. So anywhere that the platform, everything was done. You know? It was a small project. It was about a thousand, $2,000 or something like that. So I did it for him, and he paid me. Got the website. Everything was done. Later on, he must have gone through something happened on his end, and he went back, and he paid me through, like, PayPal. He went back to PayPal and said that, you know, he didn't get anything, nothing was ever done, and da da da, And I'm like, oh my goodness, this is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. I had another client that did that, and they made up a whole bunch of lies in this, so I had receipts. I emailed his credit card company because he said that he never got anything from me, he never this, this, I never did anything. I said, okay, no problem. I had receipts for everything from start to finish in the project. So I email my evidence to the credit card company, his credit card company. And once they look at the evidence, they they say, look. You did everything. You did everything. So the point that I'm making is that you wanna be able to make sure that you are using the right tools and connecting with the right types of clients that are looking for exactly what you need because you don't wanna go through unnecessary headache when you go through that. Now a practical action for line number three, map your current client journey from discovery to delivery and count every gap, friction point, and missed opportunity. There is a something called a client journey. Right? And one of the steps in a client journey is awareness. They shoot the three steps in there. Right? Awareness. This is where they become aware or discover phase. They've never heard of you. This is where you want to put things out so they can be able to know things about you. They can learn about your business. And sometimes you may not know exactly what to put out. And this where you gotta figure it out. And then you gotta map this after they hear about you, then they sign up for your stuff, and then you gotta deliver what you promise. You wanna map out every gap. What is the gaps, all the gaps that you have in your business? Every business have a gap. You never arrive because when you fix one thing, by the virtue of you fixing that one thing, it's going to create another gap somewhere else. That's a good thing. There's some gaps that are good gaps, and there's some gaps that are bad gaps. You want to be able to identify the friction point in your business. What is it why are people dropping off after two minutes of watching your videos? Or why are people not filling out this form? Or whatever that friction is for you, you want to be able to fix that. And then other missed missed touch points or missed opportunities, What opportunities did you miss that you can tighten up on? Because you're gonna realize that as you continue to grow your business, you scale it, you learn. As long as you're a student of learning, as long as you wanna get better, scale your business, there's always going to be gaps that you need to fill. There's always going to be gaps for you to fill. No question about it. So as we get to wrap up now, I want you to understand that the voices that you listen to will always shape the direction that you're going. Always. If you believe in all these lies, if you believe in all these false accusations, if you're just around the wrong circle, they're going to infiltrate your mind. Your subconscious mind is always running twenty four seven. Even when you're not, your subconscious mind is up twenty four seven. So you wanna make sure that because your subconscious mind is always up and never rests and never sleeps, you wanna make sure that you're putting the right things around you, with the right people, you're building the right relationships so you can cut off and silence the noise because you live in a noisy world. You live in a world that is very, very noisy. And until you silence that, you're always going to be influenced by the wrong people. You have to move in faith, not fear. Sometimes you're afraid of taking the next step because what if things don't go right? Well, what if things do go right? What if things go your way? Sometimes you're afraid of, you know, starting something because, well, I've started things before and it never worked. So you give up. There is a new season starting. You gotta retrain your mind again. Sometimes the best way to move forward is to brainwash yourself, and that's why the bible said, do not be conformed by the patterns of this world, but be ye what transformed by the renewing of your mind. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. So I need you to get around the right people. Get around the right people. Get around the right community. It's not always all about just prayer. Prayer is part of it, but there are some things that prayer alone just will unlock certain doors. You have to do the hard work. You gotta create those videos. You gotta join, you know, join, and you gotta be able to build things. Because if you build it, they just won't come. They just won't come. They just will not come. So a quick re recap of the three lives. You know, we talked about you charging, feeling like it's it's a sin for you to charge more. If you build it, they'll come. You know, it doesn't work that way. And don't be afraid to use tools that will help you to enhance and grow your business. And that is what Pralum does for you as a coach. You can be able to get started for free, create an account, check the tools out, go live, you know, create an offer. You know, you can have AIs that will build an offer for you. All you have to do is type in what you wanna build and give it a short description, and the AI is going to generate that for you. And you can use that as your office page. You can send people to that link, and you can start to generate revenue through there. And you keep up to 90% of what you generate, which is incredible. Right? You keep up to 90% of the money that you make on this platform. And I wanted to build a feature like that because there's no demonetization here. Right? You can you can launch. You get all the training that you need, and make sure that you join my training because we have weekly meetings to go over the different tools. You know, you can give me feedback on what features you wanna see or enhancements or or things like that, and then we'll kind of build from there. But don't believe the lies. You are called to do so much more, and you will accomplish everything that you were created to accomplish. I will see you tomorrow night. Have a wonderful evening. God bless you.
