You feel called — but somewhere along the way, you got stuck.

So many Christian entrepreneurs and coaches know God has called them to build something, but they're overwhelmed, behind on technology, and watching others pass them by. If that's you, it's not a calling problem — it's a positioning problem.

In this teaching I break down why so many faith-driven business owners feel stuck, the three mindsets Christians have about AI (and which one keeps you behind), what the Bible actually says about using technology, and how to steward the tools God has put in front of you to finally scale what He called you to build.

🎬 And if you need a reminder that God can turn any setback into a comeback, watch this documentary on belief and never giving up: https://believe.entre.one/?referral=303hfhsf (affiliate)

So we're starting another day. Awesome. So, guys, appreciate those that are tuning in. And as a one man team, I have to, you know, have AI agents that I created that help me, like like, some of the techiest stuff. I built agents so they can be able to help me do some tasks. So while I'm doing this, they can be doing something else. So I've, you know, have to move a lot since it's just me right now in the studio. Have to, like, check the lighting. It's like, you know, a bunch of different lights that I have on here. I'll send you guys a a screenshot so you can be able to see how everything looks. But this is the journey that we're on. And being a perfectionist in times, I'm looking at I'm like, the light, you know, I can from a technical standpoint, I'm like, you know, maybe I gotta adjust that light. I gotta do this. I gotta do that. So sometimes, like, I'm just, just all over. But so thank you guys for those that are watching the live and those that are going to watch the replay. You know, this is the journey that I've been on. And today, if you didn't watch the live yesterday, I want you to go go check it out, and you can be able to see what, you know, I talked about yesterday. And my goal is I'm going live every day, you know, 8PM. Yesterday, I started, like, eight eight 08:05 or something like that. You know? But we're getting to closer to 8PM. So that's the goal. It start definitely by 8PM. And today, I wanted to go you know, I don't know what what mile or what what length or what where you are in your journey right now. Maybe you're just going through a transition in your business. You're going through a transition in your relationships. You're going through some type of transition that you don't really like, you're just trying to figure some things out. And that's okay because all of us are always trying to figure some things that I don't know about you, but I know I know that, you know, there are times that I'm trying to figure things out because I don't know everything. So right now, the beautiful thing about this platform is that I can control everything from my phone, and I can also make sure that everything is running smoothly. That is one of the beautiful things about technology, and that's why I wanted to build this platform. So making sure everything is good on this end. Alright. So my ISO, the lighting, I could adjust it a little bit, but I'm gonna, you know, I'm gonna do that later on. Just wanted to thank you guys again. Again, we're on a journey, and this is part of my journey that I'm sharing with you. And I hope that you are you're able to to hold on. Right? Today, I wanna I wanna really help you to understand, like, you're called to do things, but you feel stuck. You're called, but you're stuck. How do you get unstuck? I'm gonna give you five things that are blocking you. Five things that are standing in your way for you to experience the next level that you're supposed to experience. But it's like, man, what's going on? What is happening? I'm I'm not making any progress. I'm doing this. I'm doing that, but it's something like I'm just going backwards. Right? Have you ever felt like you're going backwards? Like, you're it seems like you're doing all the right things. You're following the instructions, and it's just like, I'm going backwards. What is happening? Well, I wanna help you today to un unblock yourself. So make sure do me a favor. Make sure that you subscribe, you like, and you share this video. One of the features that I wanted to definitely incorporate is the ability for you to share, with someone else so they can be able to join. But if you're stuck today, there are five things that are blocking you. And before we get to those five things, I wanna help you to I wanna help you to kinda understand that when it comes to you being stuck, okay, one of the things that I'm passionate about is you first this is not one of them, but this is I'm just gonna I'm giving you guys some bonus. You have to make up in your mind that you want to be unstuck. That is like even before I get into those five blockers, wherever you're stuck at in life, whatever is happening, you first the first critical step that you have to take. If you don't do this, nothing else works. So what I'm gonna tell you right now, this is the biggest thing. If you do not do this one thing, nothing else matters. You have to make in your mind up that I want to get unstuck. I don't like where I'm at. I don't like how things are. I'm tired of it, and I need to move. I need to get unstuck because this like this is not helping me in any way, shape, or form. So you gotta make up in your mind that you wanna get unstuck because if you do not make up in your mind that you wanna get unstuck, you always be stuck no matter what. Okay? You're always gonna be stuck. Because as you are going through this process, you need clarity. The reason why people get stuck is because they don't have clarity. If you don't have clarity, you don't know you don't have any focus. Right? Because clarity always bring focus. When you have the focus, then you have a plan, then you have goals and things that you want to achieve. So first, you gotta make up your mind. Then you have to have clarity because it it's that clarity that'll bring you focus and give you the right direction that you need to go in. So when you have those things lined up, regardless of what you're facing in your life, once you're able to do these things, you will become unstuck eventually. The challenge is you have to also surround yourself. Right? Surround yourself with the right people. So I talked about that yesterday. You have a message that's inside of you, something that is burning, something that is God given. Some of you, you're really great with relationship with people. Like, everywhere that you go, people just love you. They wanna talk to you. They wanna connect with you. Maybe you're a handyman. You you can fix anything. You can do anything. Whatever that thing is, there is a message that you were created and born to deliver to the masses. And by the way, I have a Kingdom AI Lab for those that wanna join us, a monthly program. As you can see, one of the features that I built into prelim is that you can click on the get, you know, as $47 a month, and it's a community that we we meet once a week. We talk about just about everything. Like, we go over different things in your business, ministry, like, kinda help you to get unstuck, get clarity. So that's what that's there. So if you're watching, I want you to click on that, get right now, the $47 per month. And then once you sign up, then we're gonna meet once per week. We have a I created, like, on Zoom on the platform. So we'll have our meetings, you know, on this platform as well. So now back to this, being stuck is not a spiritual failure. It is a systems and support problem. Being stuck is not always spiritual because there are people that have the right prayer life. There are people that are connected spiritually, but they're stuck because they don't have a system or they don't have a support system. Right? And because you don't have a system, that is the key thing. One of the biggest things you're gonna learn in business is those the businesses that are relevant, the businesses that thrive, the businesses that succeed, that scale, they have one thing that differentiates them from other businesses, and that is the ability to build a system. A system runs with or without you. So if you don't have a system built in your business, then you're ready planning to fail because what happens when you're not feeling well? What happens when you're not around? Their system has to keep going. That is why you see, you know, in, democratic governments, right, whether you support it or not, they have a new president every four years, some country every five years or whatever. Other countries, the president just like, whatever. I'm here for life. But the point of it is there's a system because every new president, whether you like them or not, they bring different perspective. They bring new ideas. So that's what a system does. A system help you to stay sharp. A system help you to refine what you have. A system help you to give you clarity. A system help you to know what's working, what's not working, when to change, what not to change. A system helps you to narrow down the path that you're going on. If you don't have a system, you're gonna try everything all the time. Do anything and everything at the same time. So you need to kinda shift, you know, away from that because that's what a system help you to make sure that you're not just everywhere at the same time. Now I wanna give you, the five root causes that's going to help you to get unstuck. Okay? Help you to get unstuck. And the number the one number one is this, your mistake, your passion for strategy. Having a passion about something doesn't mean it's going to succeed. Just because you're passionate about teaching, you're passionate about singing or dancing or whatever you're passionate about, you know, photography, videography, business, just because you're passionate doesn't mean that you're going to thrive in that particular thing. You need to have a strategy behind your passion. Right? Or better yet, you need to have a strategy paired up with your passion. Because if you're just passionate, you just do things you don't think about two years later. You don't think about five years later. You don't think about anything else. You're thinking about, oh, I'm just passionate about this. I'm just gonna do it. But your passion need a strategy. You have to distinguish between your god given passion and a god aligned business strategy. You have to make sure that as you are pursuing this passion, if it's a passion only and you don't wanna turn into a business, that's fine. But the moment that you want to turn your passion into a lucrative business where there's an exchange of money, where you want people to pay you for your services, right then and there, you need to have strategies for that passion. Then it no longer just become your passion, it becomes an income. Okay? So number one, don't mistake your passion for strategy. I see so many people just doing things. Oh, I'm just passionate about it. Well, if that's what you wanna do and you don't plan to generate revenue, that's fine. That is fine. But, again, passion without a strategy, it could equals to a burnout. Let me say that again. Passion without strategy is just burnout because you realize that you're going and going and going and going, and then at some point, you get burnt out because you never had a strategy of, you know what? I'm gonna do this for the next two months, for the next three months, for the next whatever. Right? And then after two months, I'm gonna check things. After three months, whatever time frame that you give yourself. So passion without strategy, you burn out, and then you give up hope. And then you wonder why I'm stuck. I'm stuck. Because burnout can sometimes be disguised as spiritual drought. There are people that have no strategy, have no system. They are burnt out, and they're saying that they're spiritually drained. You're not spiritually drained. You don't have a a strategy. You don't have a system, so you burn yourself out, and then you blame God. You blame other people. You blame other circumstances, other situations. One of the things that a strategy and a system does is it allows you to eliminate the noise and remove the noise in your life. So for me, for example, my days are very focused days. I don't have days when I just I don't have any type of agenda to do anything. Right? Even the days that I'm going to rest, I know this is my resting day for how long that's going to be, and then I get back to I need to get this done. I need to get that done and so on. So you need to be able to create a a system that you can follow every single day. You you need to have a daily system, a weekly system, a monthly system, and sometimes, you know, maybe you some things kinda just don't go according to plan for that day. It happens to all of us. There are days when I plan to do this, but I realized, man, I'm so tired. I'm so burnt out. I don't have the energy. I don't have the time to do what I initially intended to do. So you have to be able to do that. And you have to have solid infrastructure in place. Before you build a home, there's so many different steps that go into building a quality home, a building. When you look at ancient buildings that have been around for thousands of years, like the Pyramids, they had to build a solid infrastructure that ten, twenty, thirty, forty, a hundred, a thousand years from now, there are structures that have been up for four, five thousand years, and they're more solid today than homes that were built now because they had an infrastructure. So now let me give you the root cause number two. Your isolation dressed up as a consecration. Okay? You've been doing things by yourself for so long, and you're so comfortable. You think that nobody else can tell you anything. You I mean, you you you you're the source of truth for your life. You realize that you've been solo for so long that you become so lonely, and you're isolating yourself. Oh, I don't wanna be bothered with anybody. I don't wanna be bothered with people. Now there's a place for that. There's a place for that. Right? But Ecclesiastes, I believe, four nine or seven nine says that two are better than one because they can help each other succeed. So you need to have a community. That is why I built this platform. The goal and the host is that I want to I want to build a community of entrepreneurs, of Christians, of business owners that we can share ideas. We can bounce up each other. We can like the bible said, iron sharpens iron. What does that mean? Iron sharpens iron. One of the things that I love, I love feedback. I love getting around people that they're they're at a different level than me. They'll inspire me. They'll motivate me. They'll keep me going. That is what iron sharpens iron. You wanna be around people that will let you know, hey, give you constructive criticism. I welcome constructive criticism in everything that I do. I welcome it. And one of my number one desire is that, Lord, God, send the right people in my life. Because the greatest currency, something you can't trade off is relationships. Let me say that again. The greatest currency, something that you should never play with, is relationships. And I'm not talking about just romantic relationships. I'm just talking about relationship in business and ministry and just life because you never know who's connected to what that has what you need. So you want to be able don't isolate yourself. Get plugged in. Get connected. Learn from others. I'm always looking to see how can I connect with other people that that are smarter than me, they're more passionate than me, they're more driven than me, they're more focused than me, they're more disciplined than me? I always wanna get connected with people like that because that does something to me. It keeps my engine going. The journey of entrepreneurship, the journey for businessman, the journey of life is a lonely journey because there are gonna be times when you find yourself in the wilderness, and there's no one there for you. And you have to muster up that courage to keep going. It happens to all of us. Root cause number three, technology overwhelm and the tool graveyard. What does this mean? You you're using six, seven, eight, nine different tools to do different things. The challenge with that is you're gonna realize that you can't give the same attention to all those different tools at the same time. So you have seven different tools and seven different platforms that you're using, or maybe you have five, maybe you have three, or you have a few. But you're you're spreading yourself thin. And when you spread yourself thin, you can't give a 100% of yourself to seven different things, to five different things. And that's why when I built Pralum, I wanted to build a platform that has all these tools under one umbrella. So you can manage everything, you can do everything, you can see everything under the same platform. That is something that's really key, and I want you to be able to realize that by focusing on one platform. You know? You're not gonna drain yourself out. And the benefits is that when you have all in one infrastructure is that it helps you to stay focused. We live in a world that there's always some shiny object. Every week, it seems like every month, there's some new shiny thing. Oh, this the biggest this. This the latest this. This the best. Oh, you gotta get on this. No. You don't have to get on everything. You find out what what where you're going. She have clarity. You find out what works for the direction that you're going. Don't do everything. What is gonna work for you? And then you stick with that. So I've been in this industry right now for over twenty four years. And when I started, man, there was that that time when, you know, everybody wanted to do, like, five or six things. Oh, that came out, they jump on it. Something else comes out, they jump on it. This comes out, they jump on it. But I realized, like, man, I can't I can't be all over the place like that, man. I I have to have a focus. I have to stay focused. Because when you stay focused, you're able to move it at a fastest, you know, speed because now all of my energy is channeled into this one particular thing. I'm in this thing right now. This is where I'm going. This is what's happening. So you don't wanna be all over the place. You wanna be able to use one tool, all in one. And if you wanna do your coaching, you can have on this platform. You know, you can, book your meetings. You can have your sessions. You can upload videos. You can go live. Just like I'm going live right now, you can go live, and you can create offers. You know? When you create offers, then people can be able to sign up for those offers, and people can also we have what's called a seed. At the bottom of this video, if you look there, it says a seed. If you tap on there, you can be able to plant a seed in someone's life. $5, $10, 25, $50. Right? You can be able to do that. You can also share. You can also like, which is great because, you know, you encourage those that are watching. So having all one platform saves you so much time. Now root cause number four, no framework for packaging your wisdom. What does this mean? You don't have a framework. You're kinda just winging it. Right? I've seen entrepreneurs and coaches and business owners that they are brilliant. They're brilliant, but their packaging needs a lot of work. They don't have their branding is off. You know, one of the things that I normally look at when people tell me to, hey, Matthew. Can you check out my website? Because I've been creating website for over twenty twenty four years now. Right? So I know about the quality of websites, video stuff, everything. So when people tell me to check out their stuff, and they said, oh, can you tell me what you think? I'm like, do you want me to tell you do you want me from a professional standpoint? Like, you want me to really give you my feedback on this? And not everybody's ready for that. Because when I look at things, I'm looking at it from a from a professional standpoint. I've worked with different brands, you know, from startups to the multi, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars that they're generating. So having that experience, I'm looking at it from a different lens. Right? There are things that I I could look at a platform. I could look at a website. I could look at what you show me, and I can see room for improvement. And sometimes not everybody want to get the room for they don't wanna hear that. You know? So you have to be able to have a framework, again, a system that I talk about. You have to have a system. You know? What are you gonna do? How are you gonna do it? When are you gonna do it? What what happens when you're not around? That is one of the biggest questions that is going to test your system. What happens when you are not around? Can your system function without you? Can your business function without you? Can what you're building, can it function without you? You have so many years of experience. Five years, ten years, twenty years, but you don't have a framework, a packaging that will attract the people that you're hoping to attract. And that is where having a packaging system comes in. And number five, you know, selling feels so sinful, and it's just destroying your mission. There are people right now. They're Christians right now, coaches. You know, I don't really wanna charge anybody. You know, I'm just going to just share this. You know, the bible did say, you know, freely you receive, freely you give. I think people take that out of context. They take that particular verse out of context. Right? The way that you package yourself makes a lot of difference. So you wanna be able to, you know, reframe it. Right? An act of service. If you believe what you do transform lives, withholding it is the actual problem. So if you're doing something that's going to change people's lives, maybe you have a program for thirty days, for ninety days, for whatever days, right, that is transforming people's lives, and you've invested in yourself. You've invested in your own growth and the tools that you use. Like, running this platform is not free. There's so many subscriptions that I have to build use in order to keep everything running. There's so many tools that I use to build everything. Right? The platform is like building a car. You know, you need a steering wheel. You know, you need the bumpers. You need the engine. You need the transmission. You need the tires. You need the wheels, and then you put it together. Right? So you have to charge for your service, and don't feel bad. Don't feel guilty for what you charge. People like, you know, oh, that that's just too much. You know? You're money hungry. No. You're not money hungry. You just know your worth. You know what your value is. You know? And you don't settle for anything less than that. So you continue on, and you continue to make sure that you're not letting people right? You're not letting people, you know, make you feel convicted for being for charging what you're worth. You know, they're saying Hollywood in business. It's not what you're worth so much too as what you negotiate, and that is really something that's vital. And I'm gonna talk about negotiations later on, but I just want you to understand that you have to sell your services with confidence. Right? Because when you do, it comes across. If you're if you're gonna do things that change people's lives, then put a price on there. Do some research on how much other people in in the same industry typically charge. And then if you gotta start on the lower end, because your quality is less, just because social proof. There's something called social proof. Right? So when you're starting something new, even if you've been doing it for a a long period of time take me for example. My rate right now that I'm doing from my ninety day coaching program is I'm starting a new journey with I'm focusing primarily on coaching, but I've done coaching with other companies at different levels before. Right? And they've paid me well for those, but since I'm starting in a new area, now I have to you have to prove yourself again. So I can't charge the rates that I've charged those corporations. Right? I would have to prove myself in this particular arena again, so it's okay. When I first started creating websites, I remember I was charging, like, $7 an hour, $8 an hour, and I did that for about a year or so. Then I got better. Then I moved it up to $11 an hour, and I got better. Then I moved it up to 25 an hour. And then I got to the point with the websites where I had companies that were paying me, you know, $56,000 just to build something that took me a couple days, two, three days. Everything is up and going, but I just didn't arrive there overnight. So the point that I'm making is that sharpen your skill set. Go learn. Get the certifications if you need to. Learn. Improve. This is what I do. I'm always learning, always improving, always what do I need to do better than I didn't do last time. So once you keep growing, then you're gonna realize that your value keep going up and up and up. And just the mere fact that I I was able to successfully build this platform, the rate that I charge for someone that wants to do something like what I'm doing is gonna be different because I've been through the school of hard knocks. I've made the mistakes, and I've built everything on this platform from scratch. Even though it's it's with AI, but my experience as a coder, my experience as a web designer, my experience as a marketer, Right? I took all of that experience, and I'm able to to build something quality with it. So use your experience. You know? You you hey. Stack them up. Get the certifications that you need to get to charge whatever you wanna charge. Right? There are people that are charging $6,000 an hour because that's what they've gotten up to. So don't undersell yourself. Don't don't lowball yourself. A lot of a lot of you coaches, you're doing that. You're lowballing yourself because, oh, well, who's gonna buy from? Who's gonna trust me? Who it's okay. If you have to start off at a certain amount, you do that, but it should get clients and then you build up from there. Okay? You build up from that point and then just let it stay that way. So, hopefully, you're able to take these things and be able to create a way forward. Be able to say, okay. I need to make up my mind that I wanna get unstuck. I need to get around the right people. I need clarity. You know, I need to don't chase perfectionism. Right? Because nothing is always going to be perfect. Right? I need a community of people that I can connect with. I can't do this by myself. I need to be around the right people because they're going to challenge you, they're going to encourage you, they're going to motivate you, and they're gonna push you. Iron sharpens iron. So if you're stuck, I want you to know that you will get unstuck. You will get unstuck. So, again, if you watched to the end of this, make sure you like this video. Make sure that you're sharing it with your friends. And I just had a a really wow moment for me. Most of my lives I used to do my lives on YouTube, and I still do sometimes, but I realized that I don't own YouTube. At any moment, any other platform, they can shut you down. And that's happened so many times before where they just you violated x, y, and z. So if you're a coach and you're looking for a platform that you wanna do your coaching on, we have a free account. You can sign up for free. Test the platform out if you wanna try the pro account, the premium account for two weeks. You can try with all the bells and the whistles to get your coaching business to another level. So I look forward to working with you, and I look forward to us building something incredible and amazing. Again, this is my journey. I made a commitment and a decision that, you know what? I'm going live every day. And I have my whole thirty days of live topics that I'm gonna cover. So I'm not waiting till the day of that topic to talk about it. I already know. Okay? Today, I cover this. Tomorrow, I cover that. So you do the same thing too, and I hope that you learned something, and I will see you tomorrow. Okay.
