This Hidden Fear Is Bankrupting Christian Entrepreneurs

What if I told you that the fear paralyzing your business isn't from God? Well, in the next few minutes, I'm gonna share with you seven biblical frameworks that's going to help you to break free from this. This help hundreds of entrepreneurs just like yourself. So if you feel like you're stuck in analysis paralysis or you're always making excuses instead of taking action, this video is your breakthrough moment. So the first thing I want to take a look at is this. You need to understand the source of your fear. Right? Fear just doesn't appear out of nowhere. Now, are three places that your fear come from. The first place is it comes from your past failures. All of us have it. Maybe when you look at your life, you look at some things, decisions you made, choices you made, opportunities that you lost, whatever that is in the past. The next source is future unknowns. You know, as human beings, we have this fear of the unknown. Right? We just don't wanna sometime take steps or loops of faith because we are concerned what if what if this doesn't work out? What if this? What if So the fear of the unknown really stops a lot of people from moving forward. Maybe that's even stopping you. And then the third place is this, we believe lies about ourselves. Maybe sometimes you were told that you're not good enough. You're not this. You're not that. And you believe all those lies. Well, here's what second Timothy, one of my favorite verses says this. God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. You know, I remember a few years ago, I was going through something. Right? And I sat in my car, and I was I was going through a a season of just, you know, just being afraid of the unknowns. What's gonna happen? And what about this? What about that? I sat in my car and I began to declare this word over my life and over my business. God has not given me the spirit of fear but of power, love, and his sound. I sat there for about an hour or so, and I just I declared it. And by the time that I was done, it just felt like, you know, fear was just lifted off of me, and my life changed forever. So there's power in your words. So here's some action steps for you to do. Write down your top three business fears and ask God to reveal their source. So if you know that God has called you to do business, but you're not really sure or you're afraid, write it down and ask God, Lord, what are the sources of the fear in business for me? What do I do? God is gonna give it to you. Day two, replace fear with faith declarations. There is power in your words. Your words have the power to shift your mindset and your spiritual atmosphere. Now, anyone that knows me knows that I don't play when it comes to my atmosphere. There's a certain atmosphere that success needs in order to thrive in. If you don't have the right mindset, if you don't have the right people around you, you won't thrive as you desire because they're going to stifle your atmosphere. So create create specific faith declarations based on the word about your business calling. Get the word. Okay? Find scriptures that pertains to your particular calling. Whatever that thing is, there is no calling in the kingdom of God that is too small. Everyone has a vital role to play, and you do as well. So find scriptures, and you begin to declare that. For me, one of the ones that I declare and speak over myself, over my business, over my my family, over my bloodline is Isaiah 60, the entire chapter. And one of my favorite verse that I wanna highlight is this. Verse three says this, nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your dawn. And there's another part that talks about the kings and royalty. You're gonna serve them. They're gonna serve you. God is going to connect you with the right people. So you want to make sure that you replace your fear with declaration. So next, you wanna be able to take one small courageous action. You know, little by little gets bigger. Right? Sometimes we think that we need to take massive action immediately about everything. But when you're going through a season when you're dealing with fear, you may need to take baby steps. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking baby steps. You have to be courageous and courage is an absence of fear, is is action despite of fear. So sometimes you're afraid to do certain things, but you still need to take that action. Now, when you start to take little courageous actions, right, this is going to build momentum and proves to your mind that you can move forward, even when you're afraid, even when you're terrified of things. You and when you're not sure about the unknowns. You can still move forward. I wanna encourage you. Joshua one and nine says this. You probably heard this before. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. You know, that scripture brings such comfort to me, and I know it brings comfort to you as well just to know that God is with you wherever you go. So day four, surround yourself with faith filled community. In other words, surround yourself with other Christians. Right? Isolation will amplify your fears. Community brings perspective and encouragement. Sometimes you're going through something and it feels like you're the only person on the planet that's dealing with that thing. What when you're part of a Christian community, right, people that have the same mindset, the same belief, the same values, the same principles as you, you can be able to get the support that you need. Connect with other entrepreneurs to understand your journey. There are other entrepreneurs just like you that are going through the same journey. Connect with them. Network with them. Share your vision with someone who who will pray for you and encourage you. I tell entrepreneurs and business owners this. Right? As a Christian, find other people that you can be able to build with. You cannot be successful by yourself. Find other entrepreneurs and pray that God will send them to you so you can build with them, share your vision with them, but you have to be careful, because not everyone that you share your vision with really want that vision to happen. Ecclesiastes four and nine says this, two are better than one for they can help each other succeed. You know, sometimes that person that God connect you with, they have a piece of the puzzle that you don't have, and you gotta connect with that. Day five, study biblical examples of fearless faith. Right? Abraham left everything without knowing where he was going. And sometimes that's what God requires of you, to leave everything and just step out in faith. Of course, you wanna pray for wisdom. David faced Goliath as a teenager with just a slingshot. That was a huge moment not just for the nation of Israel, but for David. And that dictate the rest of his life. So sometimes you have to find biblical examples of people that went through trials, hard times, but they overcame. Esther risked her life to save her people. I would encourage you to go back to the book of Esther. That is the only book in the Bible that doesn't mention Yahweh or God, but he is saying all over. It's an incredible, incredible book. So what's their secret? They focus on God's faithfulness, not their circumstances. Sometimes when you're going through things, you have a tendency you wanna focus on the negative things, all the bad things, all the hard things. Oh, life is so hard. I hate this. And no. Look at other people that went through what you're going through. They overcame that because guess what? They trust God and you can too. Alright. Number six, create your fear breaking prayer strategy. You need strategy. Develop a daily prayer routine specifically for your business. Do you ever take the time to say, Lord, I don't know what to do with my business this month. Give me clarity. Give me a specific strategy just for my business. God is waiting to give you business strategies straight from heaven. Everything that you need to accomplish, God already has that for you. And you pray for wisdom, pray for favor, pray for divine connection, and then you're gonna see the breakthrough happen in your life that you've never seen before. And one of my favorite things I wanna I wanna say is this, include worship to shift the spiritual atmosphere around your business. You know, there are times that when I have to go to certain meetings, have to move certain, you know, clients, different people. Before I go, I just worship. And the atmosphere can change. I'm telling you, when you worship before you go into a business meeting, you're gonna notice that the atmosphere changed. Sometimes I just put some music on. Other times, I just pray in the spirit. Other times, I'm just quiet and I say, Lord, I'm gone in this meeting. I don't know what to say. Holy Spirit, come with me. Philippians four six says, be anxious for nothing. Right? But in every situation by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God. Day seven. Make your faith decision and take action. Just don't talk about it. Take action towards that. Fear always fear will always be present when you step into new territory. Right? You're gonna be afraid of things, and that's just part of it. But when God sends you somewhere and you know God sent you there, man, you can accomplish so much. Make a definitive decision to move forward regardless of how you feel. Now, this is key because a lot of people get stuck in their feelings. They are so caught up with, oh, I don't feel like this. Oh, I'm feeling this way. Listen, your feelings go up and down like a roller coaster. So when you feel that way, you have to make decisions based on the word of God, based on your principles, not your feelings. Take one significant action step towards your business goal. You know, one step, not 20 steps, just one massive step. Remember this James two twenty six says, faith without works is dead. Faith, if all you do is pray about it, if all you do is talk about it, if all you do is just read books, listen to podcasts, if that's all that you do and you never take action, nothing is ever going to change.
